We do not use an online shopping cart for
several reasons. Firstly, we want to talk to you! We want to be
sure we understand exactly what you're looking for and we want
you to understand exactly what you're getting. Another reason
is that there are just too many variables - furniture style
options, hundreds of fabric choices, etc. - that it simply
becomes too complex.
4 Steps to Place and Order

Choose the item(s) you wish to buy. Write down
their item numbers and descriptions, and any color
option for the item.

If your item(s) require any fabrics, choose the
fabric number and name and write it/them down.

Write down any other options you may need for your
item(s).

Once you have selected your preferred furniture
design and the type and number of pieces, your
preferred fabric/strap choices and accessories you
require, please give as a call or email us for a
free price quote.
Our friendly, experienced staff will be
happy to answer all your questions, help you select the right
type and color of fabrics for your outdoor cushions, estimate
shipping costs and arrange for your payment.

Shipping and Delivery Information
Delivery Lead-time
Even though our "standard" delivery time is
stated as 2 to 3 weeks, delivery times may vary. Some
aspects of your order that may affect delivery times are:
Receiving Your Delivery
We use several carriers to ship our orders
so that we can get your items to you as quickly as possible and
at the best price. Some orders will be delivered by
UPS/FedEx/DHL in small vans, and others may be delivered in
very large trucks.
If you are not home when a large truck
delivery is being made, some carriers will not leave the items,
but will call you to make arrangements for a suitable
delivery time.
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT
CHECK YOUR PACKAGES CAREFULLY BEFORE
SIGNING FOR THEM. If you notice any damage to the
boxes or any open boxes, make sure the driver makes a note of
the damage before you sign. This way if there is any damage to
the contents, you (and we) will be protected with
insurance.
ALL ITEMS ARE CAREFULLY INSPECTED
BEFORE LEAVING THE FACTORY.
IF YOU FAIL TO NOTICE DAMAGE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY,
NEITHER WE NOR THE TRUCKING COMPANY CAN BE HELD
RESPONSIBLE.

Shipping Costs
As you can imagine, there is wide variation
between our customers' order sizes. Because of this, it is
extremely difficult to create a "formula" for pricing shipping
costs.
We estimate shipping costs at the time of
your order, based upon our experience. Once your order is
completed and weighed, we obtain estimates from multiple
carriers before shipping to obtain the best possible pricing
and delivery time for you. When the delivery is complete and
the actual shipping cost is known, if the cost
is significantly lower we will refund the difference to
you. If it is higher, well... don't worry, we'll cover it.
